While our methodology remains the same the recruitment services that we offer are flexible and a custom approach is used for every requirement, assignment, project or client.

We supply Contracting Resources on a Time and Materials basis assisting our clients to manage their internal resource requirements with ease, our team of consultants are specialists in their specific technology areas and are able to walk in and get the job done, there is no ramp-up period. Contracting rates vary according to skill level and technology area.

Our recruitment services include Full Time Employee placement.  We apply the same methodology for our clients that we utilise internally which is: advertising: print, internet and job boards, telephonic screening, face-to-face interviews, behavioral interview screening, technical testing, reference checking, certification verification and can if required include criminal checks, psychometric testing and credit checks.

Project Staffing enables us to be responsible for the entire group of staff of a specific project across the full project life cycle, managing the full resource requirement according to pre-defined deliverables.  We ensure a stable project environment with team members hand selected to add value and function as a highly effective team to address your business issues. Pricing is determined by project scope and duration, number of resources required, skill category and skill levels

Our Search Consulting team is a specialised team dedicated to the sourcing of skills not accessible through traditional recruitment channels.  Search consulting is assignment driven and we focus on finding the right person for the position and presenting your organization in such a way that only seriously interested parted are interviewed. Careful screening of candidates is conducted by way of comprehensive, structured interviews and where necessary, profiling & assessments are conducted. The team’s methodology includes delivery deadlines, which are agreed to between the project manager and the client, with payment made over the whole period of the project as deadlines are met.
