CipherSoft Inc. Announces Partnership with DeARX Services (Pty) Ltd.
For the delivery of CipherSoft's Exodus migration tool and services for the South African Market
October 15, 2003 - CipherSoft Inc., a global leader in conversion tools and services, and DeARX Services (Pty) Ltd, a South African based Information Technology company specializing in designing, building and implementing sound e-business solutions, today announced they have signed an exclusive partnership agreement. DeARX has joined CipherSoft's fast growing Partner Program to market, sell and provide services for CipherSoft's Exodus migration tool for the South African market.
Exodus reads and converts Oracle Forms and PL/SQL code and automatically creates 100% standard Java code utilizing the Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) architecture. It allows companies the benefit of migrating applications into a database independent environment using Java applications, or JavaServer Pages (JSPs) using a struts environment. In addition, clients can utilize Oracle's 9iAS environment with an integrated version with JDeveloper, leveraging the capabilities of Oracle's UIX and BC4J environment.
